Hampers
Pre-orders for Christmas hampers have now closed. Fulfilment of pre-orders will begin on 12th December 2024, with deliveries following shortly thereafter. Should there be any delays, we will notify you.
For UK customers, you can still purchase our hampers to arrive before Christmas by ordering before these delivery deadlines:
Standard Delivery by 11:59 PM on Thursday, 19th December
Next Day Delivery by 12 PM on Sunday, 22nd December
We advise all customers to place their orders in advance to ensure timely arrival.
For UK orders, place your order before midnight on 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
For US orders, place your order on or before the 14th December for delivery before Christmas.
For all remaining countries, please place your order on or before 15th December for delivery before Christmas.
Some of our hampers are not available for international delivery due to shipping restrictions. If a hamper cannot be shipped to your chosen delivery destination, it will be removed from your shopping basket at the checkout. We do have a range of hampers that are available for international delivery, which can be found on our Hampers page.
We recommend that you follow the care instructions for each individual item in your hamper. Please keep in mind that if your hamper contains perishable items, they must be refrigerated. A sticker on the outside of the package will be applied when fresh items are included.
All hampers purchased in-store or online are non-refundable as stated in our Returns Policy.

Yes, you can purchase hampers at our Knightsbridge store with the assistance of our specialist sales and food-orders team. Please note: hampers are currently not available at other Harrods locations.
