Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items, please contact your Personal Shopper and let them know you wish to make a ‘remote return’. Your Personal Shopper can arrange for your order to be collected and returned to Harrods, at which point we will process a refund if the items are in line with our returns policy.
Please note that refunds do not include delivery costs. If you are returning your items from outside the UK, the charge to return the items will be at your own cost. Unfortunately, Personal Shopping items cannot be returned to any of Harrods collections desks.
Depending on where you live, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You can only cancel your order by contacting your personal shopper and providing them with your dispatch number and the details of the product you wish to cancel.
Please note: this policy only applies if your order has not been dispatched for delivery, at which point we would ask you to please wait until you have received your order and can follow the returns policy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel items that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification, unless faulty upon arrival.
