Offering exceptional benefits, Harrods Rewards has been designed to enhance your shopping experience. Sign up today to earn points as you spend. Points can be redeemed at any time.

Harrods Rewards is our loyalty programme offering you the best of Harrods, plus exclusive perks, points and access. We have four membership levels: Green, Bronze, Gold and Black.


Every time you spend with us, from shopping in-store and online to dining in our restaurants or indulging in our in-store services like beauty treatments, you'll earn Rewards points. Once you've earned 500 points, you'll be able to redeem these against future purchases in-store. 500 points = £5, so the more you spend, the more you'll be able to redeem on the things you love.


You can redeem your points, in-store in Knightsbridge, online at Harrods.com, at our H beauty locations or through our Personal Shopping Service.


Please note: Rewards points can only be redeemed online for orders being shipped to the UK.


As well as points, you'll gain access to a whole range of perks, from an inspiring copy of Harrods magazine delivered to your door to bonus discount days and free car parking.

Signing up for Harrods Rewards is quick and free; simply visit our registration page, complete the form and we'll send you an email with all your account details.


Click the link to confirm your registration and download your digital card.

Rewards Points may only be redeemed against qualifying purchases in participating  departments  at  the  Harrods  Knightsbridge  store  or  H beauty stores, as well as on the Harrods app and online at harrods.com. Simply scan your card at the till or choose your Rewards points at checkout online and complete the 2-Factor Authentication process. You're able to redeem points of any whole value.


Please note: Rewards points can only be redeemed online for orders being shipped to the UK.


For further details see section 1.4 ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’ of the Rewards programme Terms & Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, Rewards Points cannot be redeemed via Harrods Estates, Harrods Aviation, Harrods Heathrow and Gatwick airport stores or on the Harrods App.

Eligible customers can claim one complimentary tea or coffee per day at Harrods Knightsbridge by showing their Rewards card at Harrods Café (Lower Ground Floor). Available on selected items only. Please ask in-store for full details.

Rewards points will remain on a member’s account for the remainder of the calendar year in which they were earned, plus a further two full calendar years. For example, Rewards points earned on a purchase made on 31st January 2024 will remain on your account until 31st December 2026. 

If you have any expiring points, they will be valid to redeem until the 31st December 2024. 

Rewards points earned over two years ago will automatically expire at the end of the calendar year. Your remaining points balance will be available to redeem for the remainder of the calendar year in which they were earned, plus a further 2 years.

To receive communication about changes to your Harrods Rewards account or the Harrods Rewards programme you will need to be opted-in to marketing communication channels on your account.  Sign in to your account and opt in to Harrods Rewards membership communications. 

Harrods Rewards Customers will have rewards points for each pre-ordered item added to your account once the product/s have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note: that this means it will take longer than usual for the points to show in your account.

You can earn points at our Knightsbridge store, H beauty, and UK airport outlets, as well as through our Personal Shopping service, in our restaurants, and with our various services.


Additionally, you can earn Rewards points when shopping online or via the Harrods app—just ensure you're logged into your online account.


Please note: Rewards points cannot be earned when using points to pay for a purchase.

If you have lost your plastic Rewards card, you can download your digital card instantly to your Apple or Google wallet.

A digital Rewards card is the easiest way to earn points in-store.


You can download your digital card to your digital wallet by logging into your online account or visiting the Rewards section of the Harrods app.


Don't have an online account? Create one today using your existing Rewards card number.

We know you can't wait to see those points totting up.


Usually, Harrods Rewards points will be added to your account within 24 hours of your in-store spend. For online orders, your points will be available once your order has been dispatched.


Points earned with Harrods’ events and promotions, there's a chance these may take a little longer to be added. In these instances, please refer to the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

You can view and manage the details of your Rewards account by signing in to your online account or by downloading the Harrods app.

Simply go to our registration page and fill in your details. When asked if you would like to join Harrods Rewards, select 'I'm already a Member' and enter your 16-digit Harrods Rewards card number before completing.

Yes, your Personal Shopper will support you in how to redeem your points. This can be processed to tender your order either in full or in part. You can also earn points with Personal Shopping, except for purchases made using Rewards points.

Don't have your physical card? No problem. Thanks to the wonders of digital, you can now download your Rewards card straight to your digital wallet. Forgotten your phone? Don't worry, visit our friendly Customer Service team on the Third Floor.

Rewards points remain active on your account for two years. If you are opted into our marketing communications, you will receive notification of any points due to expire ahead of this taking place.

The best part of Rewards is that the more you experience with us, the more your benefits grow, and who doesn't love an upgrade? Once you've reached the next spend threshold, your account will be automatically be upgraded to a higher tier:


Green tier: Spend up to £1,999 a year

Bronze tier: Spend £2,000 to £4,999 a year

Gold tier: Spend £5,000 to £9,999 a year

Black tier: Spend £10,000 and above a year.


Make sure you've opted into our marketing communications to get an update once you've hit the next tier.

As with anything in life, there are ups and downs. Hit the spend threshold for the next tier? You'll be moving on up. Haven't spent as much time with us this year? Your membership tier will move back one tier. Your membership depends on your spend from 1st January to 31st December, so you've got a whole year to rack up those points.

Black and Gold Tier Rewards customers can book their two annual 10% days online at Harrods.com or on the Harrods app.


To book, members will need to:

1. Sign in to your Rewards account on Harrods.com or the app.

2. Go to your account homepage and click 'Select' to continue to the calendar view.

3. Choose your preferred date from the calendar. Note that greyed-out dates are reserved for planned 10% weekends and cannot be booked as you will already receive 10% off on these dates.

4. Click 'Select Date' to confirm your choice.


You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details, including a link to amend or cancel if needed.


Your 10% day will be booked in the GMT timezone.


Please note: There may be a 30-60 minute delay between booking and redeeming your 10% day in-store.

Personal 10% days can be redeemed in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge or H beauty, online on the Harrods app or harrods.com, or through Personal Shopping. Subject to exclusions.

Almost all our brands participate in 10% days. However, a number of departments are excluded from discount days including (but not limited to): Fine Jewellery and Watches, The Food Halls, selected restaurants, Hair and Beauty Salon, Drybar, The Wellness Clinic, Furniture orders, Halcyon Gallery, Gift Cards, Abercrombie & Kent Private Travel, as well as a number of individual brands. You can! Make the Harrods Sale even sweeter by using your personal 10% day to receive even more discount.

Family accounts can have up to a maximum of five people at any one time.

Rewards points can be moved between family accounts, simply contact Customer Service to arrange.

Please contact our Customer Service team, and they can assist in removing you from the account. If the primary account holder wants to leave the account, they will need to nominate a new primary account holder.

The family who spends together, earns together. With a family account, your Rewards tier is based on the spend of all Rewards members, so it really does pay to stick together.

You can close your account by contacting our Customer Service department or by visiting our Customer Service team in-store on the Third Floor.

Black or Gold tier member? One of your brilliant benefits is eligibility to apply for the Harrods American Express card, offering even more generous benefits, which you can receive in conjunction with Harrods Rewards.* These include:


  • 1,000 Rewards points on approval


  • Two extra Rewards points (in addition to those you already receive) for every £1 spent in-store


  • One Rewards point for every £1 spent outside the store


  • Exclusive early access to Sale Previews


  • Extra Rewards points on purchases made during Sale Previews


  • Quarterly £25 Harrods Dining Voucher, to be spent in any of our in-house Harrods Restaurants.- Invitations to exclusive events and American Express Experiences.

Only Gold or Black Tier Harrods Rewards members are eligible to apply for the Harrods American Express card. Application is by invitation only, approval is subject to status, and certain exclusions and terms apply. Customers can enquire and be recommended by Customer Service if they are eligible. Please note: the Harrods American Express card is a charge card and an annual fee of £195 applies. Please contact Customer Service to find out more.

You will need to complete 2-Factor Authentication when making any changes to your email address, password, or mobile number, or redeeming your points for an online purchase.


A code will be sent as a text to your mobile number if there is one saved to your account. If you do not have a mobile number saved, your code will be sent to your email address.

If you are unable to access either your mobile number or email address, please contact our Customer Service Team to update your account or help place your order.

MyBeauty is a subprogramme from Harrods Rewards and is the hub for all things beauty at Harrods. Members can expect to receive special bonus point offers and discounts on beauty throughout the year, access to exclusive events as well as a first look on hot new products.

You must be a Harrods Rewards member to join MyBeauty. If you are not already a member of Harrods Rewards, you can register today! Once signed in, you will be able to join MyBeauty by selecting ‘Join Now’ under the MyBeauty tab.

When you join MyBeauty, you will not receive a new membership card and your Rewards card number will remain the same. Simply sign in to view or download your card, or visit the Rewards section on the Harrods app. You will receive a MyBeauty flag on your digital card, you may need to download your card again to view. Be sure to scan your Rewards card whenever you shop beauty to earn and receive MyBeauty benefits.

You can earn and receive MyBeauty benefits when you shop Beauty using your Rewards card in our Knightsbridge store (Beauty Halls, Hair & Beauty Salon, DryBar, Beauty Suites), online and at all of our H beauty stores.

Members can opt-out of the MyBeauty programme on their online account. Any points you have earned so far will remain on your Rewards account until they reach their expiry date.
