Harrods App FAQs
You can also earn Rewards points with every purchase when shopping online or on the Harrods app, just make sure you've got an online account and are logged in. Within the app, each product will let you know how many Rewards points you can earn with a purchase.
Please note: Rewards points cannot be earned when redeeming your points to pay for a purchase. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
In the Rewards section of the Harrods app, you can find your current tier status, points balance and redeemable value. You’ll also find a list of your current benefits, spend to next tier and your personalised offers when you toggle onto the ‘Offers’ section
You've got your hard-earned points, now the fun part starts. You can redeem points against any qualifying purchase on the Harrods app. Simply choose ‘Pay with your Rewards Balance’ as a payment method within the checkout. You're able to redeem points in increments of £5, or for the total value of your basket.
Please note: Rewards points can only be redeemed online for orders being shipped to the UK.
